About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Finance Manager to oversee finance and budget responsibilities for our IT department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing financial analysis and reporting for IT leadership, tracking and managing resources and costs, and collaborating with Accounting and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare financial analysis and reporting for IT leadership, including budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee finance and budget responsibilities for the IT department, including tracking and managing resources and costs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Accounting and engage with external vendors as needed to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-7 years of professional experience in IT finance management, including engaging with IT leadership, accounting, and external vendors.
  • Skills: Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint, as well as PPM tools, ideally Smartsheet. Experience with PowerBI and ERPs (Oracle) is a plus.
  • Education: BS degree in Finance is preferred but not required.
