Job Title: Hotel Room Inspector Job Summary: As a Hotel Room Inspector at Camelback Resort, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will oversee housekeeping staff, inspect rooms, and communicate with the front desk to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: * Inspect rooms to ensure they meet the resort's cleanliness standards * Communicate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of tasks * Assist with light cleaning or touch-ups to rooms as needed * Clean rooms and laundry rooms occasionally * Ensure rooms are prepared according to standards and audit them * Record forgotten items with the lost and found/front desk * Organize storage rooms and assist with inventory * Close housekeeping department at the end of each day Next Level Duties: * Distribute and log keys and communication devices * Monitor systems for timely completion of requests * Communicate with other departments as needed * Report guest issues to management Requirements: * 18 years of age or older * 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred * Ability to understand and communicate with staff and guests * Basic understanding of systems * Ability to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds frequently * Ability to remain standing or walking for 8-hour shifts About Camelback Resort: Camelback Resort has been voted #1 Indoor Waterpark in the USA, #1 Ski Resort in Pennsylvania, and was selected by Conde' Nast Traveler as one of The Best Ski Resorts in the U.S. and Canada: 2021 Readers' Choice Awards.
