Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Stand-By Personnel. This role involves managing the daily shipment and receipt of materials, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and operating equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare packages and ship materials accurately and efficiently.
- Receiving and Sorting: Scan, sort, and inspect incoming and outgoing stock.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts to move materials and assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Load Management: Secure loads and ensure proper tiedowns for trailer shipments.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience: 12 years of related experience (preferred).
- Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Equipment Knowledge: Forklift and overhead crane experience required.
- Load Securing: Familiarity with tiedown procedures for trailer shipments.
- Reliability: Strong attendance and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
