We are seeking a skilled Bulk Haulage Driver to join our team at Linde Engineering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely driving commercial motor vehicles and adhering to strict safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Defensive Driving: Utilize the Smith System principles to ensure safe driving practices and minimize the risk of accidents.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Wear and utilize all required PPE in all aspects of daily tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Work in accordance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) and Linde standards and policies to ensure compliance and maintain a high level of safety.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders, including drivers, customers, and supervisors.
- Manufacturing and Equipment: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of commercial motor vehicles and equipment, adhering to all manufacturer and company guidelines.
- Delivery and Logistics: Coordinate and execute delivery and logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods and materials.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Experience in defensive driving and adherence to safety protocols
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and Linde standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
