We are seeking Primary Care Clinicians to join our team at The Providence Community Health Centers, Inc. as part of our Primary Care Float Team.
About the OpportunityAs a Primary Care Clinician on our Float Team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and providers across our 9 clinics in Providence, Rhode Island. You will be responsible for providing coverage for our providers on leave or vacation, and will have the flexibility to work a regular or flexible weekday schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics and community health centers.
- Work collaboratively with our care teams to provide patient-centered care and achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Float among our clinics to provide coverage for providers on leave or vacation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our clinical programs.
- Competitive Guaranteed Base Salary plus quarterly incentives.
