Job Title: Foreman - Pipe and Grading

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Foreman with 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, specializing in pipe or underground utilities for heavy civil sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties
• Develop a plan for the phase of work and ensure the team has staged equipment and materials at work areas for optimal results
• Ensure project execution goals are met for the phase of work and submit correct time and quantities on daily time sheets
• Align phase of work craft and equipment for optimal results and create development opportunities for team members

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, specializing in pipe or underground utilities
• Valid driver's license and ability to participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program
• Subject to a background screening process
