Hallmark US Springboard is seeking a highly motivated Part Time Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Gibsonton, FL. This role offers a unique opportunity to work independently and showcase your organization and time management skills while being the face of Hallmark. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for showcasing Hallmark's products in various retail stores, such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. Your main goal will be to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels while collaborating with local store teams.

Salary and Benefits

As a Retail Merchandiser, your starting pay will be between $13.50 - $14.50 per hour, depending on your shift and location. Additionally, you will have access to various benefits, including paid training, travel time, and mileage reimbursement.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Day-to-day engagement: You will be responsible for restocking, organizing, and monitoring the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department. You will also communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys for required merchandising activities.
  2. Holiday support: Leading up to and following holidays, you can expect additional days and extended hours during the work week. On occasions like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day, you may be required to work on the actual holiday itself, which may include the weekend.
  3. Department Resets: At times, you may be part of a team responsible for installations and various tasks like building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, as well as resetting card sections.
Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be able to read, write and understand English.
  • You must have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • You must be able to operate hand-held technology provided to open and read documents and interpret information.
  • You must have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
  • You must have reliable transportation to report to assigned locations.
Estimated Salary Range

Your estimated salary range is $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, based on your experience and location.
