About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EW Systems Engineer to join our team at DCS Corp. As an EW Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our engineering team with hardware and software electronic warfare solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support an engineering team consisting of systems engineers and design engineers specializing in software, FPGA, hardware, RF/Antenna, and mechanical solutions.
  • Conduct analysis of various system components to develop strategies for implementation and to develop requirements for EW systems.
  • Develop and execute high-fidelity models using object-oriented MATLAB programming, including sensor phenomenology, signal processing, detection, tracking, and discrimination algorithms.
  • Coordinate analysis activities and products with functional group leads, senior management, and other personnel responsible for executing analysis tasks.
  • Document analysis results in reports and briefings.
  • Travel up to 10% for business purposes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Math is required with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance for the duration of employment.
  • Experience with electronic warfare, including electronic attack and electronic protection.
  • Experience developing and architecting models and simulations using MATLAB.
  • Knowledge of radar sensing physics and signal processing techniques.
Desired Skills
  • Analysis experience in aspects of airborne EW systems.
  • Experience with radar scheduling, signal processing, tracking, discrimination, and/or electronic warfare.
  • Experience with MATLAB programming for conducting analysis and describing complex phenomena.
  • Experience with Digital RF Memory (DRFM).
  • Masters' degree in a relevant field.
