Crossroads Trading is seeking a highly visible and customer-focused Security Associate/Customer Service Greeter to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and secure environment for our customers and colleagues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Cultivate a strong visual presence at the entrance/exit through courteous greeting and professional interactions with customers and teammates.
- Monitor the sales floor and circulate the store regularly to identify any potential safety issues in a timely manner.
- Identify and address theft indicators and/or safety concerns, working closely with colleagues and management to resolve any issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive shopping experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or security experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
