Medical Support Professional

As a Medical Assistant at Tribeca Pediatrics, you will provide direct patient care to children in a clinical setting, communicating with pediatricians to deliver a high level of service and care. Your responsibilities will include administering labs, screenings, drawing up vaccines and medications, and maintaining the medical inventory and supplies of the office. You will also ensure a clean, functional, and professional work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing in-office lab tests, such as strep testing and HGB
- Conducting routine screening tests and surveys, including vision screening and hearing tests
- Maintaining office logs, vaccine, and supply inventories
- Adhering to practice policies around HIPAA compliance and staff and patient safety
