Job Description

The Evergreen Center is seeking Overnight Awake Staff responsible for the health, safety, and comfort of individuals supported by the Adult Supports Division.

Responsibilities include the implementation of personal care needs for the individuals, the completion of head checks at specified intervals, the collection of overnight behavioral, medical, or instructional data, and the reporting of any health and safety issues or any behavioral observations.

**Available Schedule:**

* Thursday-Saturday 11pm-9am (30 hours)

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Implement personal care needs for individuals
* Complete head checks at specified intervals
* Collect overnight behavioral, medical, or instructional data
* Report any health and safety issues or behavioral observations
