Salary Range:
$110K-$120K Annually + benefits

Job Overview:
Requirement: A Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Possession of at least 10 years of experience in Information Technology is essential, with a minimum of 10 years in Mainframe Technologies. Candidates should have 8-10 years of hands-on experience in COBOL, ASM, CICS, and DB2, along with proficiency in DB2 (including Stored Procedures, Native SP, SQL). A solid background in the software development life cycle is required, complemented by strong analytical and design skills. The ability to lead activities related to requirements gathering, design creation and review, pseudo code development, task assignment and review, and mentoring team members is crucial.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with a willingness to work in a global delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain moderately complex to complex software components of the business application system utilizing available developer tools. Responsibilities include creating, executing, and reviewing test plans, defining and establishing test data, and generating and maintaining software documentation. Additionally, candidates will query and report system data using reporting tools. The role requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer, with the ability to communicate effectively via telephone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
