MRI Technologist

As a Diagnostic MRI Technologist at Loyola Medicine, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients. You will be responsible for performing diagnostic procedures using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) techniques, applying your technical expertise to provide the physician with the highest quality of diagnostic information.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic MRI procedures, applying magnetic resonance techniques to provide the physician with the highest quality of diagnostic information.
Prepare imaging suite equipment, procedural trays, supplies, and other daily tasks to promote the most optimal experience for our patients, as well as ensuring a safe working environment.
Demonstrate knowledge and competence in the use and troubleshooting of equipment.
Daily inspection of procedure room for proper supplies, restocking of rooms as necessary, knowledgeable of supply location, quick room turnover, and maintains room cleanliness to promote a safe environment.
Requirements:
Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Tech certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
