Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Support Specialist to join our team at W.E.H. Supply, Inc. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual to contribute to our company's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery and equipment to prepare door jambs for assembly, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Assemble door jambs using hand tools and other equipment, adhering to specifications and quality control procedures.
  • Perform inventory control tasks, including receiving and organizing incoming materials, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and customer deadlines, promoting a safe and supportive work environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, communicating effectively with coworkers and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills and stay current with company standards.
Requirements
  • High School education or equivalent (GED).
  • Previous experience in assembly or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Working Conditions
  • Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays required.
  • Ability to work in, on, around, over, and under fixed equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods while working with hand tools and moving objects.
