Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Travel Nurses, Inc. for a travel assignment in Louisville, Kentucky.

Job Summary:

This is a 12-week travel assignment with 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, and a competitive pay package. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting physicians with interventional procedures, operating imaging equipment, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians with interventional procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, and embolization.
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines.
  • Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical history and procedure details.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in Interventional Radiology.
  • Current certification in Radiologic Technology (RT) or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new situations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
