Job SummaryWe are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Kenton Nursing & Rehab Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns
- Assist with patient care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and goals
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio
- 1+ year of experience in long-term care or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
