Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and formulate recruitment strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Craft compelling job advertisements that clearly outline job specifications and draw in qualified applicants.
  • Employ diverse sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key community organizations and educational institutions to enhance our employer brand.
  • Proactively develop and sustain talent pipelines for critical roles to address future hiring needs and minimize vacancy fill times.
  • Oversee the Internship Program, ensuring effective communication with interns and their educational institutions for a positive experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at various events, such as career fairs and on-campus recruiting initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at internal and external events, focusing on networking and relationship-building with potential candidate communities.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms as necessary, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong grasp of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at building and nurturing relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
  • A proactive and positive demeanor.
  • Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in recruitment is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems is advantageous.
  • SHRM-CP/PHR or RACR certification is preferred.
