Job Title: Credit Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Analyst to join our team at HALO. As a Credit Analyst, you will play a critical role in setting up and maintaining new customer accounts, reviewing and processing credit applications, and confirming and validating all information on the credit application.

This is a hybrid role that requires continuous communication with Account Executives to ensure orders are done correctly and released in a timely manner. You will work closely with our team to analyze data, present recommended actions to management, and maintain the master file in the FourGen software.

Responsibilities:
  • Review purchase order documents to ensure completion and accuracy.
  • Enter and maintain customer data across multiple systems.
  • Analyze data and present recommended actions to management.
  • Maintain the master file in the FourGen software.
  • Establish terms and credit limits for new and existing clients.
  • Communicate with team members to reach decisions that contribute to HALO's growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Management, and Customer Service team members.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of office and administrative experience.
  • Strong communication skills to explain and resolve inconsistencies in customer data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in credit or finance in a corporate environment.
  • Working knowledge of the FourGen system or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of governing regulations in line with working in a Credit Specialist role.
