This position is crucial for enhancing programming efficiency, refining current methodologies, and integrating the latest in tooling and fixturing innovations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in programming and setting up Mills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and program CNC machinery, specifically Mills.
  • Assess and choose appropriate tooling and fixturing for both Mills and Grinders.
  • Manufacture components adhering to precise tolerances and specifications.
  • Engage in the process from setup to first piece validation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create setup documentation and specifications.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts related to process challenges.
  • Keep abreast of advancements in cutting tool technology and workholding solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Tool Crib.
  • Oversee first piece approval processes.
