Position Summary

We are currently in search of a skilled HVAC Installation Assistant to become part of our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with a lead installer to execute the installation of heating and cooling systems, primarily in residential settings, with some light commercial work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehension of refrigerant systems, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps.
  • Exhibit a team-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
  • Adaptability to work flexible hours as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with a lead installer while ensuring high-quality and timely job completion.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Possess necessary hand tools for the job.
  • Uphold a safe and organized workspace.
  • Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for safety.
  • Capable of working in extreme weather conditions, including high heat in attics and cold temperatures.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC.
  • Possession of EPA certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Clean driving and criminal history.
  • Ability to pass drug and background checks.
  • Standard technician tools required.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb ladders.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
  • Steel toe boots are mandatory.
