Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by delivering food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all food and beverage orders are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the room service area and cafe wait station.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all state liquor laws and regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
- Food Handlers certification (must comply with State regulations).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
