Job Title: CILA QIDP Director
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CILA QIDP Director to join our team at Covenant Ability Network of Illinois. As a CILA QIDP Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, coordination, monitoring, evaluation, and compliance of all program services for individuals residing in our CILAs.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the DSP Lead to ensure appropriate staffing coverage is in place for all shifts in the CILA.
- Develop annual program budgets for the CILA, which includes the development and monitoring of staffing patterns.
- Monitor budget and make adjustments when necessary.
- Complete 30-day staffings, monthly progress reports, semi-annual reviews, and annual reviews within required timelines.
- Participate in quarterly meetings and incorporate assessed needs into the individual interdisciplinary planning process.
- Plan for, facilitate, record minutes, and obtain signatures for each individual's interdisciplinary team staffing and/or meeting.
- Ensure the involvement of each individual and their guardians in all aspects of their program development.
- Provide ongoing training and documentation of training to all staff responsible for implementing new or revised individual training objectives and support plans.
- Observe and provide feedback to Direct Support Professionals on the implementation of individual service plans and behavioral support plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in human services field.
- Prefer 2 years of related experience working in a similar environment.
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug test within 3 days of a contingent offer of employment.
- Must pass an Illinois state criminal background check with no disqualifying conditions.
- Must have a valid Illinois driver's license with a good driving record to maintain insurability.
- Must be QIDP certified within 6 months of employment.
- Must be DSP certified within 120 days of employment.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
