We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our educational services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech and language services to students in our school district.
Responsibilities- Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students, utilizing standardized assessments and clinical observations.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student, incorporating evidence-based practices and strategies.
- Service Delivery: Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students, including individual and group therapy sessions, as well as consultation and collaboration with teachers and other school personnel.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of student assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and district policies.
- Education: Master's or Doctorate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensure: Active SLP license in good standing.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other school personnel.
This is a full-time position working with students in grades K-12. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for working with students and a commitment to providing high-quality educational services.
