Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related discipline.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare or educational setting with preschool children.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and effective teaching practices.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to cultivate a nurturing and inclusive educational environment that acknowledges the diverse backgrounds and needs of all children.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
