Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with their requests.

  • Vacuum and dust all areas as required.
  • Restock your cleaning cart with necessary supplies for your assigned rooms.
  • Communicate effectively with the front desk regarding room concerns or lost items.
  • Inspect room fixtures for functionality and report any issues to maintenance.
  • Work in various environments, including non-climate controlled areas.
  • Conduct room and quality inspections to ensure compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
