Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate care through effective partnerships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
- Participate in data collection, pose relevant clinical questions, and proactively plan for the care of patients across the care continuum.
- Collaborate with care managers and other members of the healthcare team to develop protocols and procedures that achieve best practice outcomes.
- Associate's Degree in nursing or graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in nursing or less than 1 year completion of accredited/approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours.
- Direct patient care experience preferred.
