Job Summary:

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a skilled Aerospace Assembler/Tester to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling and testing complex products to meet customer quality and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test a variety of products, including mechanical and electrical components
  • Overhaul and repair products as needed
  • Contribute to lean initiatives to increase productivity and cost savings
  • Participate in high-performance team meetings and daily board meetings

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Three to five years of assembly and test experience
  • Strong mechanical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Ability to interpret reports and use standard business software applications

Working Conditions:

The team member is required to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods. They must also be able to talk, hear, and demonstrate manual dexterity. Specific vision abilities required include close vision. The team member is required to use hands to operate a computer and maintain a foreign object damage-free work area.
