As an integral part of the Health Professions Division, Pima Community College is seeking to enhance its pool of qualified faculty to instruct courses in Clinical Research Coordination. This role is designed for part-time educators who are passionate about fostering student success and are committed to providing equitable and inclusive learning experiences.
Compensation:
Compensation is set at $1,000 per load hour, with most courses ranging from 3 to 4 load hours.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated expertise in the subject matter, supported by relevant education or professional experience.
2. A minimum of three years of clinical research experience in the relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience teaching at the college level.
2. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, particularly D2L Brightspace.
3. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
4. Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in educational practices.
Benefits:
Adjunct faculty members are eligible for a tuition and fee waiver for courses taken at Pima Community College, applicable to their spouse and qualifying children. Additionally, temporary employees working over 20 hours per week for more than 19 weeks are required to participate in retirement plans as mandated by law.
