**Your Key Responsibilities**

As a Kitchen Steward at Oxford Casino Hotel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  1. Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment and utensils, including broilers, deep fryers, grills, ovens, range hoods, and ware washing machines.
  2. Operating the dish machine efficiently, rinsing and sanitizing dishware, tableware, and service ware before loading it.
  3. Ensuring proper use and maintenance of chemicals, and reporting any issues with equipment.
  4. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve excellent customer service and support a positive work environment.
  5. Assisting with various tasks as assigned by supervisors, such as cleaning ice machines and hand sinks.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly.
  • Work in a standing position for extended periods.
  • Ability to reach, stand, walk, push, pull, and lift objects.
