Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our pediatric hematology-oncology team at Primary Children's Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric hematology-oncology and bone marrow transplant, with excellent clinical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to children, adolescents, and young adults with pediatric cancers and non-malignant blood disorders.
- Assess and evaluate patients, develop care plans, and manage prescriptions.
- Manage and order chemotherapy and infusions, coordinate home care needs, and educate patients and families.
- Communicate with consulting services, coordinate patient follow-up, and complete procedures as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and department research.
- Current state license as an APRN or PA.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
- Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Other certification as required.
