We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical/Industrial Piping/Plumbing Estimator to join our team at Mark III Construction. As a key member of our estimating team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates for mechanical and industrial piping systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and provide complete, accurate, and timely detailed estimates for mechanical and industrial piping systems.
- Review proposal specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
- Perform quantity take-off of mechanical piping and industrial piping systems for plan/spec and design build projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotes and specification compliance.
- Maintain all files of working bid documents, notes, and assumptions of project estimates.
- Five years of related mechanical/industrial piping estimating experience.
- Specific knowledge and experience with Estimating Software systems is required.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Competitive salary range: $110,000 to $130,000 DOE.
