Salary: The hourly wage for this position ranges from $16.00 to $23.00 per hour. Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Job Description: As a Maintenance Associate, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and clean environment for our members and associates. This includes sweeping, mopping, and cleaning restrooms, as well as handling hazardous materials and reporting any safety concerns to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable working at heights. You should also have basic math skills and be able to operate a forklift safely. Additionally, you must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
