Job Responsibilities
As a RN, Surgery/OR Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care in the operating room
- Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care
- Documenting patient care and treatment plans
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of Kentucky
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- PALS certification
- Handle with Care certification
