Barista

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at our Wynnewood store. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks, according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee bar, seating area, and restrooms.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
• Assist with visual merchandising, including stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and maintaining store displays.

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
