Internship Overview: We seek aspiring engineers who are eager to make a difference. Program Structure: Our 10-week Summer Internship Program is designed to allow college students to delve into their professional aspirations while engaging in real-world business projects. The program aims to bridge academic learning with practical application, offering insights into potential career paths and preparing students for future roles in our leadership programs or direct hire positions.

Professional Development: Beyond your assigned role, you will have access to various professional training and social activities, fostering a valuable network among your fellow interns and senior leaders.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Completion of at least one year of college (Rising Sophomore).
  • Enrollment in an accredited engineering degree program such as Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
  • Maintenance of a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale after completing a full year of college.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future work authorization or visa sponsorship.

  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Strong motivation to learn and develop technical skills in engineering roles to complement academic knowledge.

  • Availability for a minimum of 10 weeks (up to 12 weeks).
