Job Description
We are seeking licensed clinicians to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. As an outpatient counselor with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing evidence-based treatments and support. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services and value a collaborative work environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Virginia
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
