At ClubCorp, we're seeking a highly skilled Dishware Attendant to join our team. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities, including sweeping and mopping floors, maintaining sanitation standards, and assisting with food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation, as directed by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef
- Sweep and mop floors, walk-ins, storerooms, and employee locker rooms
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to work effectively with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, or willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
