Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. As a key member of our residential care team, you will provide supervision and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting a positive and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and supervision to clients, including assistance with daily activities, medication management, and crisis intervention.
  • Facilitate group activities and provide support to residents, including meal service, laundry, and housekeeping.
  • Communicate effectively with treatment teams and provide updates on client progress.
  • Supervise self-administration of medications and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide transportation to clients for community outings and meetings.
  • Practice compliance with all policies, record-keeping requirements, and assigned duties.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred.
  • Previous experience in behavioral health treatment settings with young adults a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage for driving company vehicles.
  • Certification in CPI and CPR within the first 30 days of employment.
