We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Academic Director to lead our early childhood education programs. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and welcoming environment where children can play, learn, and grow.

Job Summary

The Academic Director will oversee the development and implementation of our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, ensuring that it meets the individual needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children. You will also prioritize a safe and nurturing environment, collaborating with center staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the individual needs of children
  • Prioritize a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of children
  • Collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals
  • Cultivate warm relationships with families and colleagues, fostering an environment where learning and play coexist effortlessly
Requirements:
  • Educational background: Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role, with a high school diploma or GED required and ECE coursework preferred
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Extended experience in a childcare setting with a history of classroom leadership roles
  • State compliance: Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
