Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve stock turnover.
- Financial Management: Create and manage annual budgets, reconcile daily parts invoices, and track gross sales of the parts department.
- Staff Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to parts department staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze monthly management reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- At least 5 years of experience in a parts management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Operator Driver's License (must be insurable).
