**Job Title:** CDL A/B Truck Driver - Product Delivery Specialist

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

 

This role is responsible for delivering products to stores, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials to meet customer needs. In some instances, drivers may be required to make pick-ups as needed. A current CDL A license and clean MVR are mandatory for this position. Local deliveries with regular home time.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive customer order slips from supervisor, gather correct products by hand or with forklift, assemble orders for customer, leave in designated spot for pick up
  • Make jobsite deliveries using a Moffett
  • Safely utilize forklift to move completed pallets to staging areas, or to load pallets onto vehicles
  • Work directly with customers in a friendly, professional, positive manner to check orders
  • Perform basic, routine maintenance to include recharging batteries; lubricating, fueling, and cleaning forklift
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work assignments
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of two years of related experience in trades specific to job requirements; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
  • Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
  • Withstand repetitive motion of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder
