Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Landmark of Bardstown. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Charting and Documentation: Accurately record and maintain resident charts, ensuring all necessary information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Wound Care: Provide wound care and treatment as needed, ensuring proper wound management and prevention.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations, prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Education: Possess a current, unencumbered RN license and a degree from an accredited nursing program.
