Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, check them in, and process paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Patient Data Management: Enter new patients into the system, create patient files, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Clerical Tasks: Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and staff to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in medical records or scheduling.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with diverse patient populations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Radiology: Previous experience in radiology or a related field is preferred.
  • Bilingual: Bilingual candidates are preferred, but not required.
