Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with departments to prepare purchase requisitions with clear written orders, including pricing, payment terms, and vendor information.
  • Search for products and services required by departments, and administer the procurement process from start to finish.
  • Manage purchasing records and documents, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Conduct vendor evaluations and negotiate with suppliers to secure better pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any quality issues.
  • Work closely with departments to identify specification requirements and resolve quality problems.

Requirements:

  • Management Administrative diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Sage 300 Accpac software operation system is an advantage.
  • Good skills with Microsoft Excel software, with hands-on experience.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with procurement procedures preferred.
  • Able to work independently with decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in English written and oral communication.
