We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at IntelyCare in Groton, Massachusetts.

About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide exceptional care and support to residents in post-acute facilities. You will be responsible for measuring and monitoring vital signs, observing resident conditions, and reporting concerns to the nursing team.

You will also serve meals, assist with daily living activities, and maintain a clean and safe environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and flexible environment that prioritizes your work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate care to residents, including meal service and assistance with daily living activities
  • Monitor and report resident conditions to the nursing team
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and rooms
  • Serve as a liaison between medical staff and residents, communicating effectively with visitors
