Position Overview:

To ensure optimal food production efficiency, product quality, and employee safety, this role will work closely with food production line staff to guarantee compliance with company policies and relevant State & Federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate the setup of assigned food production lines at various stations and guide team members to achieve daily production goals.
  2. Inspect products to confirm adherence to specifications and oversee the setup and adjustments of equipment.
  3. Train and inform food production line personnel on production and equipment standards, including expected production speeds to prevent delays.
  4. Assist on the food production line to mitigate any disruptions or delays, addressing issues as they arise.
  5. Communicate with the Production Supervisor to align on production schedules and provide estimates of labor hours required for job assignments.
  6. Possess knowledge of how to set up and repair line machinery.
  7. Maintain accurate time and production records.
Working Relationships: Daily communication with the Production Supervisor and other team members is essential.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education: Associate's degree or higher.

Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of prior experience in a production line environment.

Preferred Experience: 1-2 years of experience in food production in a leadership capacity.

Licenses/Certifications: Not applicable.

Technical Skills:

Soft Skills: Mechanical aptitude is essential; must be capable of assembling and operating all equipment on the assigned production line. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective interaction with all team members and management.

Additional Information:

Travel: None required.

Work Hours & Conditions: Availability to work Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, including Saturdays as needed.
