Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$65,000 based on location and experience. This compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits program, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement.

Job Description

  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care to individuals undergoing hemodialysis treatment, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with registered nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding of treatment plans, medication regimens, and laboratory results.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior healthcare experience preferred.
  • Skills: Basic life support (BLS) certification, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification a plus.
