We are seeking a skilled Utility Mapping Expert to join our team at Vannguard Utility Partners. As an Underground Utility Locator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of excavation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize locating equipment and mapping tools to identify underground cables, pipes, and other utilities
• Indicate utility locations using paint, flags, and communicate relevant information to excavation personnel or other authorities
• Clean and maintain vehicle and issued equipment
• Respond to after-hours emergency call-outs in accordance with established rotation schedule

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Computer skills
• Valid driver's license in applicable state of employment
• Ability to work overtime when duties cannot be performed within normal work schedule
