Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate self-driving vehicles during evaluation stages, adhering to established protocols and safety measures.
  • Execute test scenarios and gather data on vehicle performance, including sensor functionality, control systems, and overall operational capabilities.
  • Document any problems or malfunctions encountered during evaluations and report them to the relevant teams for further analysis and resolution.
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of testing strategies and methodologies.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers and technicians to diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on test vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of driving experience with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable and skilled in operating autonomous vehicles.
  • Detail-oriented and methodical in approach.
  • Organized with the ability to document daily activities effectively.
  • Capable of maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Physical capability to lift 30 lbs regularly.
  • A technical background in electronics, mechanical systems, or computing is advantageous.

Benefits:
  • Flexible schedule options available between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 30-40 hours per week.
  • Compensation set at $22 per hour.
