Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of manufacturing engineers to develop and implement process improvements and optimize manufacturing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing execution system (MES) alignment with manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and define concepts and manufacturing processes for new product introductions and product enhancement programs.
  • Assume responsibility for capital planning, CER creations, and approvals, as well as capital project timing and implementation.
  • Drive engineering principles and discipline through mentoring, training, and project reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree required.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with process improvement and LEAN manufacturing methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
